Phoned everywhere to try and get a smart car key programmed as it had lost its code and I had no spare, no one could help. Managed to get hold of Mark who came out on the time agreed and sorted it for me, saved me towing expenses to a Mercedes garage and Mercedes prices. I needed a new remote key cut for my car as the current one was broken and didn’t lock the car. I contacted the local Renault garage to enquire about getting another one cut and was quoted over £200. I contacted Mark to enquire about the same thing and he was more than accommodating, he took down my details as he was on another job and called me back later that day, with a quote that was almost half what I was quoted before. I therefore booked him in and he kindly came out to my workplace and cut and coded the key for me there and then saving me the hassle.
